Wedding and event professionals work alongside florists: planners coordinate vendors and timelines, venues and banquet halls set the space and often have preferred-vendor lists, bridal shops sell and alter gowns, rental companies supply tents, tables, linens and arches, photographers document the day and caterers feed the guests. Many event planners also design decor, and some venues include centerpieces in their packages. Contracts usually require a deposit to hold the date, with the balance due one to four weeks before the event.

Hours are published for 1 day a week. The most common schedule is 8 AM–4 PM. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (336) 253-1159. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. More information is available on its website, abbadesigngso.com.

It has a Google rating of 4.6 out of 5, though from only 0 reviews so far, so treat the score as an early indication rather than a verdict.

Greensboro is in North Carolina, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. Getting around Greensboro is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across North Carolina's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.
